NaCl....................................................................8.5g

Oleic acid........................................................ 0.6mL

Preparation of Medium: Add components to

distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L.

Mix thoroughly. Filter sterilize.

Use: For use in media employed for the cultivation

of mycobacteria.
