Mineral Stock Solution:
Composition per liter:
ZnSO 4 ·7H 2 O...............................................................................11.0g

Na 2 MoO 4 ·2H 2 O ............................................................................2.0g
CoSO 4 .........................................................................................0.05g

Preparation of Mineral Stock Solution: Add components to dis-
tilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly.
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized
water and bring volume to 1.0L. Mix thoroughly. Distribute into tubes
or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 15 psi pressure–121°C.
Use: For the isolation and cultivation of oxalate-decomposing Alcali-
genes species.
